BOOKING POLICIES 

RESERVATIONS – may be made by calling me at 720-990-7394 or online at https://www.refreshandrevitalizelounge.com/ A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and we strongly recommend scheduling in advance. 

AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 18 years old to schedule an appointment. Guests under 18 are welcome to enjoy most of our services when accompanied by an adult.


CHECK-IN 
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to change and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. Your service will begin at the scheduled time, so if you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened to fit the remaining time. Please note that you will still be charged for the full appointment.


SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please let me know if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, physical limitations, special needs, or if you are pregnant. If you have any medical conditions, inform us when booking your appointment, as certain treatments may not be recommended for you. This information will help me develop the best possible treatment plan for you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you do not provide this notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you arrive late, your treatment will be adjusted accordingly, but you will still be charged for the full appointment time.


SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information are always secure. We encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, to ensure it cannot be read online. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Show your loved ones you care by giving the gift of relaxation, health, and beauty with our gift certificates. To make it simple, our gift certificates can be redeemed for any of our services. Please note that a physical gift certificate must be presented at the time of redemption; no exceptions.
